DTZ McCombe Pierce recently let Unit 22 Castle Lane, Belfast to Tiger, a well known Danish retailer which offers a unique selection of quality homewares, office products and personal goods.
This is Tiger’s first store to open in Northern Ireland. Tiger’s mission is to “provide Belfast customers with stylish high quality products in a pleasant environment at astonishingly affordable prices”. Inside Tiger, shoppers are treated to a feast for the senses at every turn with rich and aromatic spices and large long lasting colourful candles together with lifestyle basics such as cosmetics, glasses, phone chargers and ear phones to creative crafting materials and stylised homewares. The shop occupies a superb location on Castle Lane where several other new names are shortly to be announced. Watch this space!
