DTZ McCombe Pierce secure Tesco as anchor retail tenant
DTZ McCombe Pierce has confirmed that Tesco will be the first retail tenant to open its doors at The Bakery development on the Ormeau Road in Belfast.
Mark McCaul from DTZ McCombe Pierce acted on behalf of the landlord in confirming the new letting to Tesco.
“The arrival of Tesco to this part of the Ormeau Road is not only great news for The Bakery development but also for the surrounding area in general. A great brand such as Tesco will both drive footfall and generate interest amongst potential retail tenants for the remaining units,” said Mark.
