DTZ McCombe Pierce has secured the sale of the Batik Building in the Gasworks area of Belfast city centre.
The prominent 9,300 sq ft property, which is currently fully let to blue chip tenant, Deloitte, has been sold to a private local investor. The sale represents yet another positive sign of the return of confidence in the Northern Ireland property investment market.
