DTZ McCombe Pierce let Sydenham Business Park headquarters building to LBM
Acting on behalf of Royce Developments, DTZ McCombe Pierce have let the unique Headquarters Building within The Sydenham Business Park to LBM, the UK’s leading innovative provider of digital, data, customer intelligence, technology and multi-channel contact services across the entire customer lifecycle. Global business process outsourcing firm, Stream Global Service, which has a worldwide work force of 37,000, recently acquired LBM.
The Belfast building comprises of approx. 40,000 sq ft of Grade A offices with 275 car spaces and has been let in its entirety to LBM. The tenant hopes to be operational onsite in July 2013.
