Cushman & Wakefield secure letting to Kiko Milano
Leading cosmetics brand, Kiko Milano are to open their first store in Northern Ireland offering a wide range of professional make-up, accessories and skin care products. Kiko Milano boasts a network of 786 stores worldwide and will be locating the Belfast outlet in a prime retail unit on William Street South, close to the Victoria Centre.
Cushman & Wakefield acting on behalf of a private investor has let 11 William Street South, Belfast to Kiko Milano. The unit provides a ground floor area of approximately 680 sq ft. The unit is let to Kiko UK Ltd trading as Kiko Milano with Time Retail Partners acting on behalf of Milano.
