DTZ McCombe Pierce let a prime unit to OX, an exciting new restaurant venture in Belfast

DTZ McCombe Pierce has recently let a prime unit to OX, an exciting new restaurant venture that opened in Belfast in late March.

OX is the brainchild of rising stars in the catering industry, Chef Stephen Toman and Alain Kerloc’h. United by their enthusiastic determination to bring great seasonal food in a relaxed setting and at an attractive price to the city centre, Stephen and Alain have already brought a new buzz to Oxford Street since opening their doors a few weeks ago.

“Located on one of the key routes into the city, a stone’s throw from the legal epicenter of Belfast and the main retail hub of Victoria Square, this is a superb location for OX affording them both a steady stream of daytime dining footfall from the surrounding area and a great evening trade as well,” says Victoria Scott from DTZ McCombe Pierce. “With the Waterfront Hall across the road and the Odyssey arena a 5 minute jaunt over the bridge, Oxford Street was the perfect place to establish what looks destined to be one of Belfast’s best restaurants.”

Since OX opened its doors to the public last month, the duo have already proved that they have indeed got the recipe for success spot on with very positive reviews circulating on social media networks and in the newspapers.

Of course, the hard working property team at DTZ Belfast is always up for an opportunity to try out new restaurants and support our tenants. We didn’t need any persuasion to pop along to OX and we can add our approval to the growing list of OX fans. The fact that this fabulous new eaterie is located just a few steps away from the DTZ Belfast office is an added bonus!
