Acting on behalf of the landlord, DTZ McCombe Pierce has successfully let a prime unit on James Street Cookstown to Ground Espresso Bar.
The local coffee company, which already has outlets in Bushmills, Coleraine, Ballymoney, Ballymena, Portrush and Belfast, is currently recruiting staff for the new store opening.
“Ground Coffee Company is a great tenant for the landlord and have signed a 15 year lease on the property,” says Liam McAuley from DTZ. “Ground Coffee Company is going from strength to strength in Northern Ireland. This is a great brand to have on board in local towns such as Cookstown where great efforts are being made reignite interest and footfall in the centre.”
