DTZ McCombe Pierce have recently completed the pre let of a new garden centre development at the Galgorm Castle complex in Ballymena.
This major investment will provide state of the art accommodation for one of the largest garden centre facilities in Northern Ireland to include indoor and outdoor sales, restaurant with extensive on site car parking. Construction works are well under way with an expected hand over to tenants for 1st November.
The garden centre is the first stage of the next exciting phase of the commercial redevelopment of Galgorm Castle Estate, building on the success of the existing 18 hole championship golf course, restaurant and driving range.
