DTZ McCombe Pierce acquire new Dungannon outlet for Medicare
Acting on behalf of Medicare Pharmacy Group, DTZMCP have acquired an attractive new retail outlet for the pharmacy chain in Dungannon.
Medicare has relocated from Irish Street to the modern Newell Stores site on Newell road in the town.
“A large, bright retail unit with convenient car parking on site for customers together with proximity to the busy supermarket were all key in the decision to relocate to this retail hub,” said Robert Toland of DTZ McCombe Pierce.
