Mindwise, one of Northern Ireland's leading Mental Health charities has recently opened a new resource centre in Belfast city centre.

Acting on behalf of the landlord, Mark McCaul from DTZ McCombe Pierce secured the letting of recently modernised 3rd floor office space in the Fisherwick Building to the charity.

“The Fisherwick Building on Upper Queen Street in Belfast is an attractive solution for clients looking for a central location,” says Mark. “It is a well known landmark building fronting onto both Upper Queen Street and Howard Street and is also very convenient to major public transport links. The new Mindwise offices have been recently modernised to the high quality standard and offer a bright outlook onto the city.”
