B&M have opened their 28th unit in Northern Ireland in Boucher Shopping Park, Belfast.
They are trading beside New Look and the food court with other nearby retailers including Laura Ashley, Cotswold, JD, Starbucks and Clinton Cards. Other retailers in the Park include Next, River Island, Boots, TK Maxx, Outfit and Matalan.
The scheme is Northern Ireland’s premier retail warehouse location and the only open use shopping park in Greater Belfast. The only unit in the scheme that is not currently occupied is the former HMV providing approximately 5,040 sq ft and which can be split to provide two units of 2,056 and 2,800 sq ft respectively.
